Moving is the part everyone dreads. We'll do it for you.

Bring your lists, your templates, segments and integrations. You'll get the automation and analytics that most platforms charge several times more for, and with the security bots taken out of your numbers. We'll get everything imported into RadarSend, and we don't charge you for it.

Is the migration really free?

Yes. We like to do a few of these each month. Honestly, we get as much out of them as you do: nothing improves RadarSend like helping people set it up for real. There's no additional charge, and no catch.

We might not be able to support everything you had before. But with our rich API and integration capabilities, we can find a way more often than not.

What changes about your sending.

If you already have a sending provider.

Sendy, Listmonk, Mautic, or your own tools sending through SES, SendGrid or another provider. Nothing changes. Same provider, same domains, same reputation. RadarSend connects to the account you already have.

If your platform has been sending for you.

Signing up with a sending provider of your choice is straightforward, and we'll help you get everything plumbed up in RadarSend. It puts you in more control of your own deliverability from then on.

How sending works →

Here's the process.

We don't charge anything additional to migrate you. It typically only requires about an hour or two of your time, depending on how complicated your setup is.

You decide when to cut over.

Keep your current platform running as long as you like. Send a broadcast here, compare the two, move the rest when you're satisfied.

You tell us what you're currently using.

Fill out the form below and please be detailed. It's likely we'll have a follow-up call with you before we start the migration.

You export your data.

You provide your contact exports and give us details on the segments you have and other integrations.

We do the import.

Lists, fields, suppressions, templates. We'll even work with you to add the plumbing on your website.

You add DNS records.

Add a few records from us and maybe from your sending provider. We'll tell you precisely what to do.

You confirm it all works.

Seed sends, link checks, authentication verified, before you send anything to your contacts.
