RadarSend is email marketing for teams that want capable automation, honest engagement data, and control over how their email gets sent.
The tool we couldn't find.
We've spent more than two decades running email programs: newsletters, product launches, training programs, customer education, and automated follow-up. In that time, the software got more expensive while the numbers got less reliable.
The large platforms could do almost everything, but the bill climbed quickly as the list grew. Simpler tools kept the cost down, but stopped at broadcasts. Self-hosted software offered more control, then handed us a server to maintain.
Meanwhile, email security scanners started opening messages and clicking links before a person ever saw them. Reports counted that activity as engagement. Segments, scores, tests, and automations acted on it as if it were real.
We wanted the capability of a larger platform without giving up control of the sending, paying a large markup on it, or making decisions from numbers padded by machines.
What we didn't compromise on.
1
Your sending should stay yours.
RadarSend connects to a sending provider you control, such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Mailjet, or Resend. You keep the account, the domains, the rate, and the reputation you build. If you ever leave RadarSend, those things leave with you.
2
Reporting should describe people, not scanners.
RadarSend examines every open, click, and visit for signs of machine activity. Reports show what was filtered and why. The same classification is used by segments, scores, A/B tests, and automations, so a security scanner doesn't get mistaken for an interested customer.
3
Useful features shouldn't be held behind a higher tier.
Every plan includes the same product. Plans change with the number of contacts and team members, not with which parts of the product you're allowed to use.
Pricing is simple. The product tour is open to everyone. The documentation is there before you create an account. We say what RadarSend does, what it doesn't do, and what you'll need to provide. You should be able to decide whether it fits without sitting through a sales presentation. But if you'd like a demo, just let us know.
Focused on email.

Email, and what happens after it
RadarSend doesn't ask you to replace the systems that already run the rest of your business.
It takes in the events that matter, keeps them with the right contact, and sends useful results back through the API and webhooks. Your existing tools stay where they are.
That focus gives us room to go deeper on email: how it's sent, what happens after the click, which activity came from a person, and what the next message should do about it.
How we operate.
Product development, infrastructure, documentation, and customer support are handled in-house, so the people answering questions are close to the product, and the people building it are close to our customers.
We don't sell customer data, share it for advertising, or use it to train models. Tracking runs through domains our customers control. Sending-provider credentials, integration tokens, and webhook secrets are encrypted before they're stored, and account data is isolated at the database level.
RadarSend is for teams with an established list and a real email program to run. They've moved beyond occasional broadcasts, but don't want the cost and sprawl of a large marketing suite.
They come to RadarSend for different reasons. The common thread is that they want capable email software, numbers they can trust, and control over how their email is sent.
