A note from the teamWe didn't set out to build an email platform. We've been running email programs of every kind for over two decades — and watched it get harder every year.
As our lists grew, the bills from the big-name platforms grew faster. Opens inflated too. Then clicks filled up with bots, until our own reports barely matched reality — half the engagement was machine. And the sending reputation we'd built over the years was never really ours to keep: the dedicated IPs we paid for were trapped on the platform.
So we tried the self-hosted tools. Most couldn't do much more than blast. The few that could needed a serious server to run — plus the IT skills (and patience) to keep it online 24/7.
